Iqaluit is the capital of Nunavut, on Baffin Island, at the heart of an Arctic territory shaped by tundra, ice and polar night. As of today, no equestrian facilities are catalogued in our directory for this region. The climate, the absence of a connecting road network between most communities and the very nature of Nunavut mean that organised horsemanship is effectively absent here. Our directory remains open to any submission, even a one-off initiative, so that any future equestrian presence in the Canadian Arctic can be recognised and made visible to a wider audience.
